Visitor Monitoring

Live dashboard, visitor hub, and real-time engagement tracking.

Dashboard: Dashboard → Visitors

Monitor who is on your website right now, track visitor journeys, and analyze engagement — all from the agent dashboard.

Live operations dashboard

The Dashboard view shows real-time operations at a glance:

  • Visitors currently on your site
  • Active and queued chats
  • Agent availability status
  • Recent engagement events

Data refreshes in real time via the socket server.

Visitor hub

The Visitors section has three tabs:

Live

See who is browsing right now. View current page, time on site, and chat status.

All visitors

Search and filter your full visitor database. View contact details and chat history.

Analytics

Engagement trends, page views, and visitor activity over time.

Visitor details

Click any visitor to see:

  • Contact info from pre-chat form or identified sessions
  • Current page and browsing path
  • Device, browser, and location (when available)
  • Chat history and ticket history
  • Custom attributes and tags
