Billing & Plans
Wiretalk Starter, Growth, and Scale plans — Razorpay INR, Stripe USD, billing intervals, GST invoices, and grace period.

Wiretalk offers a free Starter plan plus paid Growth (Pro) and Scale (Enterprise) tiers. Pay in INR via Razorpay or USD via Stripe, with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual billing cycles.

Save on longer commitments. Toggle intervals on the pricing page or in Dashboard → Billing.

Payment methods
Razorpay (INR)
Default for Indian organizations. Supports UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets. GST invoices with 18% GST where applicable.
Stripe (USD)
International cards and billing in USD. Choose your region during checkout or in organization billing settings.
Subscription lifecycle
- Active: Full plan features including widget, agent dashboard, and paid capabilities
- Renewal reminder: Email 2 days before renewal
- Expired / cancelled: 3-day grace period — agents can still log in; widget may show upgrade message and API returns 402 after grace
- Downgrade to Free: Paid features (AI, omnichannel, calls, group meetings, etc.) stop when plan limits no longer apply

Manage billing
Open Billing
Dashboard → Organization → Billing (organization owners only).
Upgrade or change interval
Select Growth or Scale, pick monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly, and complete checkout.
Download invoices
GST invoices (INR) and receipts are available from the billing history table.
Cancel or downgrade
Cancel renewal to move to Free at period end, or downgrade immediately from billing settings.
Widget access & subscriptions
When a paid subscription expires beyond the grace period, the embedded chat widget is blocked for visitors with a clear upgrade message. Agent dashboard access may remain for billing recovery. Integrations and public API requests also respect active subscription status.
