Customize how the chat widget looks on your website. Changes apply live within seconds — no redeploy needed.

Colors & themes

Theme presets

Pick from built-in presets or fine-tune primary and secondary brand colors.

Message & panel backgrounds

Adjust chat bubble background and the input panel color for a polished look.

Tip: Match your primary color to your website CTA buttons for a seamless brand experience.

Launcher button

Position

Place the chat bubble at any corner: top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right.

Icon

Built-in icons include chat, help, headset, and more. Pro plans can upload a custom launcher image.

Branding & white-label Enterprise

Hide “Powered by Wiretalk”, use custom logos, and fully white-label the widget on Enterprise plans. Pro plans unlock custom branding options.

  • Custom branding — logo and brand colors (Pro+)
  • White-label — remove platform branding (Enterprise)

Languages

Set the default locale in Widget Settings or pass locale in window.wiretalkConfig. Wiretalk supports 27+ languages including English, Hindi, Spanish, French, and Arabic.

Pre-chat form

Collect name, email, phone, or custom fields before the visitor starts chatting.

Dashboard: Widget Settings → Pre-chat form
  • Mark fields as required or optional
  • Show a custom welcome message
  • Skip for returning visitors when already identified
