Online Scheduling

Business hours, timezone, and offline visitor experience.

Dashboard: Widget Settings → Online schedule

Set weekly business hours so visitors know when your team is online. Outside those hours the widget switches to offline mode with a custom message or contact form.

Set your timezone

Configure the site timezone in Widget Settings. All schedule times use this timezone.

Define open hours per day

For each day of the week, set open/close times or mark the day as closed.

Customize offline message

Under Messages, set the away message visitors see outside business hours.

Visitor experience

During business hours

Widget shows as online. Visitors can start a live chat and agents receive real-time notifications.

Outside business hours

Widget shows offline status. Visitors can leave a message via the offline form or see your custom away text.

API

Schedule is managed via PUT /api/agent/widget-settings/schedule. Timezone is updated through PATCH /api/agent/widget-settings.
