Total chats, average first response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores across the team.

Per-agent stats

Drill into individual agent performance — chats handled, response times, and review ratings.

Customer reviews

Post-chat ratings and feedback left by visitors. Filter by agent and date range.

Download analytics data as CSV for reporting in your BI tools.

Click an agent row to see detailed metrics and review history.

Organization admins can also reach team performance from Organization → View team performance.
