Free plans include usage limits as described on our pricing page. We may modify free tier limits with notice.

6. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your website visitors and complying with applicable privacy laws.

7. Intellectual property

Wiretalk owns the platform, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription. Custom branding and white-label features on eligible plans do not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

8. Third-party services

Integrations (payment gateways, AI providers, messaging channels) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiretalk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wiretalk against claims arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time by downgrading or closing your account. We may terminate for breach of Terms or extended non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; export your data before cancellation where possible.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
